- A $125 diagnosis fee shall apply when you choose not to have us repair your vehicle after the diagnosis. Once we identify what needs to be repaired with your vehicle we will give you an estimate for the repairs at which point the diagnostic fee will be waived when the repairs are performed for you here at Mr. Kool's Auto. —
