Mileage110,629Service Date8/14/2025Services Performed- The A/C system was low on refrigerant and required a complete recharge. The system was evacuated, leak tested, and recharged to the proper specification of 1.44 lbs of R134a refrigerant. The A/C is now working as designed.
- Blower motor resistor module was burned and overheated du to being wired directly to the A/C controller, bypassing proper operation. This caused continuous voltage, leading to overheating and failure. As a result, the blower motor could no longer operate at variable speeds as designed. System working as designed.
- A/C controller assembly was faulty and not functioning electronically. A previous repair had bypassed the controller by wiring it directly to the blower, which caused constant voltage to applied. This resulted in the blower running continuously, overheating, and damaging the blower resistor.
- Rear right door, center door latch was sticking due to the latch cable being detached. Additionally, the bolts securing the latch to the door were missing. Replacement bolts have been ordered and are expected to arrive withing approximately three business days.
