- his is going to be a flat rate repair. Customers concerned when daylight rain lights are on the horn is not working. You tap on the horn and it continuously burn fuse for daylight light. Further troubleshooting we found missing Really on the fuse box assembly, as some might Tampered. At this moment, because we had a missing fuse, and really is the first that we went from before placing anything else. At this moment we are only charging customer for the hours technician was troubleshooting as electrical shortage.
